Mohua stepped into the Gaming Industry in 2003 as a game tester. She was working with Babel Media where she got a vast exposure to hardcore console games QA. Soon she took up a Training Coordinator's role there and was solely responsible for building up the team in India and ensured that the staff in India met the standards set up by the UK team.
From Babel Media, she moved to FXLabs in 2005 for a short while, before being associated with Gameshastra in 2006. Mohua built up the QA team at Gameshastra from the scratch and handled multiple projects on PCs and various consoles. Before moving out to Electronic Arts as a Development Manager in 2009, she was designated as a QA Manager. At EA, Mohua handled the deployment team and ensured timely delivery of multiple titles on handsets for various service providers across Europe and North America. She then decided to return to console games QA and has joined Gameshastra as a Program Director heading the QA division.
Mohua is a double master degree holder with her specializations being Masters in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University (Madurai) and Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis (Pune).
