Reports to: CEO 

The Art Director directs and guides the Art team in creating top notch Art content for games. He would ensure that the vision for the game is well briefed to the team and they embark on the right path. The Art Director will be responsible for documenting and scheduling asset development, managing a hybrid in-house/contractor talent pool, assigning tasks to art staff, and ensuring overall content quality. The Art Director will work closely with the Creative lead, Associate Art Director, game designers, producers, programmers, artists in framing the artistic vision of the game and executing it.
